Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using 3Dify Studio ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. Fendercorp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. License Grant
Fendercorp grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions of the third-party model licenses below. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except as permitted by applicable law.
3. Third-Party Model Licenses
The Software integrates the following open-source models, each governed by its own license:
Hunyuan3D 2.0

License: Tencent Hunyuan Community License Agreement
https://github.com/Tencent/Hunyuan3D-2/blob/main/LICENSEPermits non-commercial and limited commercial use. Users with more than 100 million monthly active users must obtain a separate commercial license from Tencent. Use is subject to regional restrictions (see Section 4).
Trellis 2

Pixal3D

License: Apache License 2.0

4. Regional Restrictions
Hunyuan3D is subject to export-control regulations and Tencent's licensing terms. The Software restricts access to the Hunyuan3D backend in certain regions, including but not limited to countries subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions. Users in restricted regions may still use Trellis 2 and Pixal3D backends. Region detection uses a combination of device locale settings and IP-based geolocation.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FENDERCORP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL FENDERCORP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SOFTWARE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SOFTWARE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
7. Hardware Disclaimer
The Software performs intensive GPU computations including neural network inference, mesh generation, and texture rendering. FENDERCORP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR HARDWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GPU DEGRADATION, OVERHEATING, THERMAL THROTTLING, OR ANY OTHER HARDWARE FAILURE THAT MAY RESULT FROM RUNNING THE SOFTWARE. Users are responsible for ensuring adequate cooling, monitoring hardware temperatures, and operating within manufacturer-recommended specifications. Use of the Software is entirely at your own risk.
8. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content generated using the Software. Fendercorp does not monitor, endorse, or assume liability for any 3D models, textures, or other outputs created by users. You agree not to use the Software to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fendercorp and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Software or violation of these Terms.
10. Updates and Modifications
Fendercorp may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at its sole discretion. These Terms apply to all updates unless a separate agreement is provided. Fendercorp reserves the right to discontinue the Software or any feature at any time without notice.
11. Analytics
3Dify Studio may send anonymous product usage events (for example app opens and whether a generate or paint run finished) to Google Analytics to help improve the product. These events do not include your photos, meshes, prompts, or file paths. Image-to-3D generation itself runs on your Mac and is not uploaded to Fendercorp servers.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fendercorp is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
By using 3Dify Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
